Join Munich Re Specialty - Global Markets as a Talent Management & Development Partner for a 12-month fixed term. Lead and drive talent management and development strategies, reporting to the Chief HR Officer.
Manage and develop the Talent Management and Development Apprentice and the TM&D Specialist. Develop and deliver TM&D strategy. Plan and execute talent review, succession, and workforce planning sessions. Promote leadership and learning initiatives. Investigate and share best practices.
Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred. Extensive experience in Talent Management and Development. CIPD qualified (desirable). Coaching Qualification (desirable).
