Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate practitioner to deliver high-quality provision for EYFS children that inspires a love of learning and drives achievement. This leadership role involves overseeing teaching quality, coaching, co-planning, and ensuring exceptional outcomes for pupils.

Responsibilities

Oversee teaching quality in the EYFS phase
Provide weekly coaching and co-planning
Teach in reception and lead the nursery team
Ensure exceptional outcomes for pupils

Qualifications

Excellent understanding of teaching pedagogy
Experience or knowledge of early child development
Knowledge of EYFS legislation and guidelines
