Job Description

CoStar Group is a global provider of real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces. We are looking for a performance-driven Account Executive fluent in German to sell our SaaS products to SMBs in various industries.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively look for opportunities to sell Matterport products to SMBs
  • Build and manage a pipeline of business for SaaS and hardware sales
  • Accurately forecast sales pipeline and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Understand customer needs and identify solutions with our product offering
  • Make sales and technical presentations to potential customers
  • Utilize Salesforce and other sales tools to discover leads and create new business
  • Grow and nurture existing accounts for upsell opportunities
  • Co-create and build sales strategy for high volume sales
  • Attend product demonstrations and trade shows as necessary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in a relevant role
  • Proven track record in sales for a technology company
  • Experience in commercial or residential real estate, construction, or travel industries
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
