Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a Payroll Senior/Manager to join a leading UK-based managed IT services provider. This is a remote role with the possibility of flexible working arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee payroll processes and manage third-party provider (Phase 3)
  • Check, re-check and resolve payroll errors and discrepancies
  • Handle employee payroll queries confidently and independently
  • Generate reports using Excel (advanced skills required)
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance stakeholders
  • Utilize SAGE HR system

Qualifications

  • Experience processing payroll for 500+ UK employees
  • Proven experience working with third-party payroll providers
  • Strong understanding of UK tax, benefits, and deductions
  • Confident handling payroll queries independently
  • Proficient in Excel and payroll reporting
  • Immediate availability through end of May
