Job Description

Global Switch is seeking an Executive Assistant to cover a maternity contract for 9-12 months. The role involves providing executive assistance to support complex diary management, meeting coordination, and various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and executive sessions
  • Prepare presentations, letters, and emails
  • Proof-read and maintain documentation
  • Conduct research and prepare papers for executive team
  • Assist in expense report and budget management

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Discretion and confidentiality
