Join our Customer Service team and play a crucial role in building relationships with our customers, delivering exceptional service, and maximizing upselling opportunities.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and website requests. Manage orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback. Take ownership of the customer journey and build relationships with regular customers. Use product knowledge and expertise to provide the best service.
Proven experience in a Customer Service role. Previous experience in the hire or construction industry is advantageous. Exceptional communication skills. Ability to make decisions and use initiative. Team player with a collaborative approach. Strong computer literacy.
