Job Description

Care Perspectives is seeking a Team Leader for their Children's Residential Service in Shard End. The role involves providing effective monitoring, support, and supervision to the staff team, managing staff rotas, and ensuring all required documentation is completed.

Responsibilities

Provide effective monitoring, support, and supervision to the staff team
Manage staff rotas and complete daily shift queries
Ensure all required documentation and records are completed
Build positive relationships with the children & young people

Qualifications

UK Full Driving Licence
Excellent communication skills
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Children's Residential Service
Hold a Diploma Level 3 in residential childcare or equivalent
