Join our team as a Payroll Technician for an 8 Month FTC in Birmingham. Provide excellent service to customers, process payroll, and handle various tasks related to pensions.
Processing new pension customers and leavers
Implementing changes such as address and bank details
Changing tax codes as per HMRC notifications
Completing final calculations and preparing BACS files
Reconciling control accounts and GL accounts
Experience in payroll and ideally a CIPP qualification
Knowledge of payroll legislation, PAYE, and expense regulations
Strong focus on customer service
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
