Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership to the nursing team
Ensure high-quality care is delivered to all patients
Supervise and develop staff effectively
Support patients in achieving their planned outcomes
Communicate with patients' relatives, families, and carers
Manage clinical area efficiently

Qualifications

Current NMC Pin registration (Registered Mental Health Nurse)
Legal right to work in the UK
