Prepare necessary documentation for training courses, update Learning Management system, support services with training needs, attend team meetings, maintain knowledge through professional development, inform of any issues impacting client care or safety, meet services for training support, book training sessions, ensure compliance, address system issues.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, adaptable and flexible approach, computer literate with Microsoft Word knowledge, independent and self-motivated, experience in an administrative role, Enhanced DBS check required.
