Job Description

Join our team as a Care Coordinator supporting our Care in the Home division. Coordinate and schedule care packages to ensure clients receive continuity of care in their homes.

Responsibilities

Inbound and outbound calls to clients and workers
Keep Team Leader updated on critical business matters
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
Communicate effectively with staff at all levels
Identify and collaborate on innovative ideas
Develop and deliver best practices
Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders

Qualifications

Experience as a Care Coordinator
Previous experience with booking and phone systems
Strong work ethic and flexibility
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and develop
