Job Description

Join Active Care Group as a Senior Healthcare Assistant at Nottingham Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre. Provide rehabilitation, care, and support to individuals with brain injuries or neurological conditions.

Responsibilities

Support individual service user needs according to the Person-Centered Plan (PCP).
Lead by example in care delivery and communication.
Supervise support workers, provide coaching and support.
Act as primary contact during shifts, manage incidents and emergencies.
Assist in audits of documentation, medication, and care procedures.
Administer medication following protocols.
Assist with personal and intimate care as required.
Support service users with physical disabilities using aids.
Ensure confidentiality of information and data protection.
Attend training and maintain flexible working approach.

Qualifications

Numeracy and literacy Level 2
Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to undertake
Experience in a support role
Skilled in communication and team morale
Compassionate, caring, and confident
Strong organisational and time management skills
