As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering and assessing mandatory and specialist training, including mandatory inductions and updates, practical skill assessments, and ensuring colleagues are knowledgeable in delivering high-quality care.
To qualify, you need a Training qualification (Teaching & Assessing award L3, Mentorship award, Moving and Handling Trainer and/or Assessor), 18 months of occupational competency in Health & Social Care, experience with individuals with physical and/or neurological conditions, strong presentation and organizational skills, computer literacy, and a full UK driving license.
