Job Description

Join Together as a Relationship Manager in the Collections, Recoveries, and Customer Support team. You will work closely with customers in financial difficulties to provide appropriate support and manage accounts to mitigate risk and financial loss.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of accounts in arrears
Complete reviews on escalated accounts and identify appropriate actions
Work with third parties to manage accounts under receivership and litigation
Utilize effective questioning techniques to understand customer circumstances
Improve customer experience by recommending process changes

Qualifications

Experience in Collections and Recoveries
End-to-end case management skills
Ability to problem solve and make decisions
Excellent understanding of good customer outcomes
