Join Together Money as a Customer Experience Executive and be part of a team dedicated to providing high-quality support to customers in the property finance industry. You will work in a customer-facing telephony team, dealing with regulated and unregulated accounts with compassion and exceptional customer service.
Deal with inbound calls from customers regarding arrears on accounts, understand customer circumstances, offer appropriate support, and resolve complaints. Identify and provide support to vulnerable customers.
