Join Gist as a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead a team of warehouse shift managers, section leaders, and operatives. Drive operational excellence, manage productivity, and ensure customer requirements are efficiently met.

Responsibilities

Support shift managers with counselling, coaching, and employee development
Drive positive change and engage culture
Ensure cost-effective activities and manage resources
Plan operational activities and ensure customer service management

Qualifications

Experience in warehouse function within FMCG Distribution Industry
Managerial background
Team management and customer relationship skills
Analytical mindset
