Job Description

Join our Client Development team at BHN and manage relationships within the Incentive and Recognition programme. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and support internal initiatives.

Responsibilities

Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong connections with clients for account retention and high satisfaction.

Operational Excellence: Deliver program elements efficiently and to a high standard.

Collaborative Work: Partner with creative, technology, and finance teams for seamless program execution.

Data-Driven Insights: Analyse program data for insights and recommend improvements.

Incentive and Recognition Campaigns: Support in delivering engaging campaigns from brief to delivery.

Financial Management: Ensure excellent financial management of programs.

Qualifications
