Lead, motivate, and coach the Client Service Operations team. Ensure high-quality customer service, efficient order processing, and compliance. Collaborate with internal teams and external providers for seamless operations. Manage pricing processes and client relationships. Monitor performance and report on key indicators.
Proven leadership experience in customer service operations. Pharmaceutical industry experience is desirable. Supply chain and logistics expertise is a plus. Strong technical skills in ERP systems and data analysis. Multilingual capabilities are desirable.
