Join Gist as a Warehouse Operations Manager in Thatcham to lead a team of warehouse shift managers, section leaders, and operatives, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery of customer requirements.

Responsibilities

Support shift managers with counselling, coaching, and employee development.
Drive positive change and engage culture, bringing Gist values to life.
Ensure operational excellence with cost and service delivery.
Plan and coordinate operational activities to provide customer service.
Accountability for delivering operational KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Thorough knowledge and hands-on experience in FMCG distribution industry.
Managerial experience in warehouse function.
Passion for teamwork and innovation.
Excellent team management and customer relationship skills.
Analytical mindset and flexibility for shift patterns.
Experience working with Trade Unions.
