Job Description

Join Gist as a Warehouse Operations Manager in partnership with M&S, responsible for leading a team of warehouse shift managers, section leaders, and operatives to ensure efficient and cost-effective warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Support shift managers with counselling, coaching, and employee development
Drive positive change and engage culture to uphold Gist values
Ensure operational excellence in cost and service delivery
Plan and coordinate detailed operational activities through shift managers
Accountable for delivering warehouse budget and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Thorough knowledge and hands-on experience in FMCG Distribution Industry
Managerial experience in warehouse functions
Passion for teamwork and innovative culture
Excellent team management and customer relationship skills
Analytical mindset and flexibility for shift patterns
