Join our Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) team to support workforce strategies that align with our organizational goals. Collaborate with various business units to develop and refine a 5-year workforce plan.

Responsibilities

Assist in Strategic Workforce Planning: Support the development of data-driven models to identify future skills. Support Stakeholder Collaboration: Develop relationships with business stakeholders. Promote SWP: Foster an organization-wide passion for Strategic Workforce Planning. Contribute to Long-Term Plans: Implement long-term plans to acquire skills. Collaborate with Centres of Excellence: Work on recruitment and reskilling plans. Support Future Workplace Insight: Develop insights for talent sourcing.
