Job Description

Do you have experience supporting projects and business change? Are you highly organised with excellent IT skills? We are looking for an applicant with a passion for IT and high-quality customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Guiding and supporting business review and re-design.
Develop testing and user acceptance plans.
Configuration management of documentation and architecture.
Lead, chair and facilitate workshops and meetings.
Support the business change aspect of the project/programme.
General analytical support including analysis of data and information.

Qualifications

Significant previous experience of business change and organisational development work.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience of collating, processing and analysing data.
Experience of identifying, documenting and verifying business requirements.
Experience of business process improvement/re-engineering.
