Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Maintain awareness of products and industry trends
  • Identify challenges, provide solutions, and drive product usage
  • Collaborate with internal teams for customer success
  • Advocate for customers internally
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Prepare sales presentations and documentation
  • Travel as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Relationships/Account Management
  • Proficiency in CRM tools
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
