Exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Manager in one of Scotland's leading software businesses. This role involves building strong customer relationships, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Maintain awareness of products and industry trends
Identify challenges, provide solutions, and drive product usage
Collaborate with internal teams for customer success
Advocate for customers internally
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
Prepare sales presentations and documentation
Travel as required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
5+ years of experience in Customer Relationships/Account Management
Proficiency in CRM tools
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
