Seeking an experienced Investment Performance Manager to develop and implement operational plans to achieve the department's strategies. The role involves leading a team and providing expertise in performance analysis and reporting across investment portfolios.

Responsibilities

Hire, evaluate, and supervise team members
Provide guidance and training to develop team
Set performance standards and reviews
Oversee performance analysis, attribution, and reporting
Lead team to produce accurate performance measurement
Collaborate with internal and external partners
Lead improvement initiatives to anticipate business needs

Qualifications

5-10 years experience in investment and performance analytics
Practical experience in performance and attribution reporting
Understanding of performance and attribution methodologies
Knowledge of market data indices, characteristics, and classification schemes
Strong understanding of asset classes and instrument types
Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
CFA preferred
