Job Description

Join our team as a HR Advisor and work closely with the HR Manager and key stakeholders to provide HR expertise and support in all areas of the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Build effective relationships with stakeholders and become a trusted advisor
Proactively work to build people management capability across the site
Manage Employee Relations cases end-to-end
Produce HR metrics and drive improvements
Lead ad-hoc projects and process improvements

Qualifications

CIPD Qualified preferred
Passionate about delivering proactive HR services
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong IT skills in HRIS and Office packages
