Job Description

Exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join our client's team in Aberdeen on a full-time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities

Function as the first point of contact for employees
Coordinate the recruitment/hiring process
Conduct employee inductions
Administer HR-related documentation
Monitor employment terms
Track probation review and performance appraisals
Assist in conducting review meetings
Administer and monitor employee training records
Attend meetings and take minutes
Monitor employee attendance
Ensure HRMS compliance
Support organisational change
Report regularly on HR metrics
Coordinate leavers process
Collate and submit monthly reports
Support HR projects
Participate in HSEQ committee meetings

Qualifications

Previous experience in HR generalist role
Strong Microsoft Office Skills
Experience with HRMS
HR related qualification preferred
Experience using SharePoint
Full UK Driving Licence
