Join Charles River as a European Payroll Process & Systems Manager in a dynamic team environment, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution across designated countries.

Responsibilities

Lead payroll execution across designated countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Manage daily payroll operations, including time & attendance systems, data integrity, and automation.
Oversee development and enhancement of payroll processes.
Ensure compliance with local tax laws, statutory obligations, and company policies.
Manage payroll audits and relationships with external auditors.
Stay current on legislative changes and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance or related discipline.
Relevant experience in Payroll Operations and management.
Knowledge of Global View and/or Celergo payroll systems.
Experience with European payroll processes.
Ability to collaborate effectively and drive process improvements.
