Responsibilities

Meet with clients to discuss intervention requirements
Lead EICA development for bids and proposals
Manage EICA staff and design deliverables
Provide technical guidance to project teams
Mentor and develop EICA talent

Qualifications

Degree/HND/HNC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Professional Registration with IET, InstMC or similar
UK-wide travel required
Passion for success and career development
Knowledge of design standards and project management
