Job Description

Join DFDS as a Regional HR Advisor and support locations across Scotland in various HR matters. Collaborate with management, provide guidance on employee relations, and drive engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Provide HR advice and support to managers on people-related issues.
Handle employee relations matters such as disciplinaries and grievances.
Develop and implement training programs for staff development.
Ensure HR policies align with employment legislation.
Enhance employee engagement and performance through collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of HR experience.
CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards it.
Full driving license and flexibility to travel across Scotland.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work under pressure and challenge the status quo.
