Responsibilities

Drive Associate engagement programs and act as an Employee Relations Subject Matter Expert
Manage labor relations and complex cases with internal and external stakeholders
Create people-centric plans to meet business demands
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, and talent review processes
Draw insights from data to improve processes and employee engagement
Manage and deploy complex HR projects and lead change initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent experience
Experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of HR practices, trends, and local labor laws
Proficiency in MS Office tools and HR Information Systems
Strong analytical and influencing skills
