Join JD Gyms, an award-winning gym chain expanding across the UK, as a Duty Manager in Darlington, Durham. This role requires a team player with flair and commercial ability to drive and develop the business alongside the General Manager.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage day-to-day gym operations
Assume General Manager's responsibilities in their absence
Drive commercial performance and operational excellence
Deliver set KPIs and recruit, train, develop a successful team

Qualifications

Management experience in leisure industry
Passion for customer service and leadership
Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification
Sales and marketing experience
