Exciting opportunity to join JD Gyms as an Assistant General Manager. Help drive and develop the business alongside the General Manager in an award-winning gym chain rapidly expanding across the UK.

Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and brand standards
Recruit, manage, and develop a team of Fitness Coaches and General Assistants
Achieve sales and membership targets
Maximize secondary spending revenue
Maintain cleanliness and uniform standards
Deliver outstanding member service
Create a positive work environment

Qualifications

Proven management experience in leisure industry
Passion for customer service and leadership
Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification
Track record in driving sales and team management
Experience in overseeing all business areas within a leisure facility
