Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and company procedures
Recruit and manage a team of Fitness Coaches and General Assistants
Drive sales and maximise secondary spending revenue
Maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the gym facility

Qualifications

Proven management experience in the leisure industry
Passion for customer service and leadership
Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification
