Join our dynamic team at Electrolux Group as a Customer Service Specialist. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient logistics operations.
Address customer queries, process orders accurately, plan loads, adhere to SLAs and KPIs, manage stock bookings, monitor delivery performance, maintain communication with customers, handle inbound/outbound traffic, make decisions regarding customer queries, requests, and complaints.
Excellent customer service skills, understanding of supply chain processes, proficient in SAP, intermediate MS Office skills, strong communication and numerical skills.
