Job Description

Join JD Gyms as a Duty Manager and be part of an award-winning gym chain rapidly expanding across the UK. We are looking for a team player with commercial ability to help drive and develop the business alongside the General Manager.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the operational running of the gym at all times.
Opening and closing site as required.
Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and JD Gyms Brand Standard.
Conduct safety checks and report defects.
Achieve sales and membership targets.
Maximize secondary spend revenue.
Maintain cleanliness standards.
Ensure uniform standards and outstanding member service.
Help create a positive work environment.
Undertake any other necessary duties/projects.
Be an ambassador of JD Gyms.

Qualifications

Experience in a management position in a leisure-related industry.
Passionate about customer service and leadership.
Qualified to at least Level 2 Gym Instructor.
Experience in driving sales and managing successful teams.
Experience as an Assistant Manager or Fitness Manager is ideal.
