Job Description

Chelsea Harbour Hotel is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to lead the Front of House team brigade and drive increased sales in the F&B department.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Exec Head Chef on menu development
  • Monitor guest needs and recommend operational changes
  • Lead by example and be hands-on in approach
  • Manage multi-departmental budgeting and forecasting
