Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of strategic client accounts for exceptional service delivery

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of service management experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of service delivery and quality standards
  • Proficiency in service management software and tools
  • Eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance
