Job Description

Join our UK Managed Services team as a Service Manager to oversee strategic client accounts, ensure exceptional service delivery, and build strong client relationships in a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of strategic client accounts for exceptional service delivery
Oversee daily operations of service delivery team
Develop and implement service strategies aligned with company goals
Monitor project progress, address issues promptly, maintain client relationships
Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Qualifications

3-5 years of service management experience
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of service delivery and quality standards
Proficiency in service management software and tools
Eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance
