Job Description

The Global IT Service Desk Lead will be responsible for leading IT Service Desks across 6 different locations. They will focus on developing relationships with internal IT teams and external suppliers to ensure the delivery of excellent IT services to AstraZeneca business customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and delivery of the Global IT Service Desk
  • Manage budgets associated with Global IT Service Desk Services
  • Collaborate with Business Service Operations Centre
  • Establish relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
