Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service via various communication channels
Offer solutions that benefit customers
Respond to complaints and escalate issues when needed
Support continuous improvement within the contact centre
Seek to improve processes and workflows
Work effectively within a team environment

Qualifications

Prior experience in a contact centre is not required
Strong communication skills
Comfortable engaging with customers through different channels
Resilient and able to handle challenging interactions
Basic IT skills
