Responsibilities

Develop growth and innovation strategies with client teams
Lead ideation, market sizing, prototyping, and real-world validation
Take ventures from first sketch to first customer
Shape business models and go-to-market strategies
Deliver structured analysis and compelling stories through deliverables
Work directly with C-suites at corporates, scale-ups, and everything in between
Bring clarity to ambiguity and help clients navigate change
Contribute to a collaborative culture where we all grow and build together

Qualifications

2+ years in strategy consulting, in-house strategy, or startup setting
Strategic thinking and structured problem-solving
Curiosity and creative thinking
Clear communication and ability to work with senior stakeholders
Entrepreneurial energy and team spirit
