Job Description

UL Solutions is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst with expertise in Oracle HCM to enhance system capabilities and ensure data integrity. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, training end users, and developing reports to support business priorities.

Responsibilities

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems with end users
Develop training documentation and lead training sessions on Oracle HRIS
Coordinate upgrades and testing with new HRIS releases
Design and develop reports for management and HR
Ensure data integrity and analyze data trends

Qualifications

University Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
5 years of experience with Oracle and MS Office
Strong quantitative and organizational skills
Experience with HR compliance and regulatory issues
