Job Description

Manage a team of water meter engineers within the Water Metering contract for STW. Ensure successful delivery of metering projects while maintaining high Customer Service and Health and Safety standards.

Responsibilities

Organize labor efficiently, including recruitment and absence management.
Manage resources such as materials and plant.
Coach and develop staff.
Monitor staff performance.
Liaise with clients and other job-related individuals.
Maximize plant and vehicle utilization.
Manage sub-contractors.
Ensure Health & Safety compliance.
Utilize the GARD system for efficient workflow.
Control plant sheets for accurate information.

Qualifications

Computer literate.
Experience in Utilities.
Financial and commercial awareness.
Excellent communication skills.
Full UK Driving Licence.
