Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

Manage monthly end-to-end payroll for up to 200 employees
Support new hire recommendations and job descriptions
Coordinate pre-employment screening and induction programme
Administer Group benefit plans and support annual renewals
Generate payroll & HR standardised reports

Qualifications

Requirements:

Proven UK Payroll experience
Analytical skills
Proficiency in Payroll/HR systems
