Responsibilities

Responsible for the operational running of the gym at all times.
Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and company procedures.
Drive sales and maximize revenue targets.
Maintain cleanliness standards and ensure outstanding member service.
Undertake any other reasonable duties/projects/meetings as required.

Qualifications

Experience in a management position within a leisure-related industry.
Passionate about customer service and leadership.
Qualified to at least Level 2 Gym Instructor.
Experience in driving sales and managing successful teams.
