Join St. Anne's as a Deputy Manager in our residential care setting, supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise care staff and manage the service in the absence of the Registered Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies and Regulatory Body standards.
  • Establish positive relationships with clients and ensure their wellbeing.
  • Participate in team meetings, supervisions, and reviews.

Qualifications

  • Level 3 or above Diploma in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience in supported living or domiciliary care.
  • Working knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Experience in team leadership and roster management.
