Job Description

Riskonnect, Inc. is seeking a Training Consultant with Salesforce experience and knowledge of the risk and insurance industry to conduct internal and external training sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct client and internal training on the Riskonnect Platform
  • Assist in organizing and planning training initiatives
  • Design and develop new internal and client courses
  • Work with subject matter experts to establish training requirements
  • Collaborate with the product management team to understand new features
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of instruction through audience analysis

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in training and educating in corporate or educational environments
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com Administration
  • Experience in developing courseware for web-based and instructor-led formats
  • Knowledge of GRC and Insurance industries
  • Experience in developing e-learning content
