Job Description

The Virtual School Education Liaison Officer is responsible for supporting the education of Hampshire's Previously Looked After Children (PLAC), Children with a Social Worker (CWSW) and Children in Kinship Care.

Responsibilities

Promote educational progress and achievement of vulnerable children
Offer advice and guidance on educational matters
Form relationships with schools, colleges, parents, and social workers
