Rippling is seeking a Global Payroll Lead to become a Subject Matter Expert for UK customers. The role involves creating content, documentation, and FAQs, analysing support interactions, and resolving escalated customer issues.

Responsibilities

Become a product expert on Global Payroll for UK customers
Create content and documentation to cover product behaviour
Interface with the country Product Manager
Act as a resource to Customer Support Specialists
Resolve escalated customer interactions leveraging platform expertise

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on UK payroll experience
Deep knowledge of UK payroll regulations
Experience with payroll compliance audits and HMRC inquiries
Strong client-facing skills and problem-solving abilities
Fluency in English
