Join us at Kettner's, a Soho institution, known for its colourful history. We are looking for a Floor Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to our members and guests.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance service standards
Lead staff training
Collaborate interdepartmentally
Participate in recruiting and onboarding
Gather feedback and develop initiatives
Ensure work tasks are completed on time
Maintain appearance standards
Prepare and monitor rotas
Ensure employee compliance with company standards

Qualifications

1-2 years experience in hospitality management
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Fluent in English
Organised and reliable
Computer literacy advantageous
