Job Description

Join our team as a Contract Support Administrator in Chippenham/Trowbridge. This role involves managing contract paperwork, maintaining records, communicating with clients and vendors, and providing general administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage contract paperwork and documentation.
  • Maintain contract records and databases.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams about contracts.
  • Process invoices and handle financial aspects of contracts.
  • Support in resolving contract-related issues and disputes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of contract information.
  • Assign jobs and communicate with engineers.

Qualifications

  • Full UK driving licence or lives locally.
  • Previous admin experience, ideally within facilities maintenance.
  • IT literate: comfortable using google sheets, microsoft excel, spreadsheets.
  • Good communication skills.
